About Mid-Life Transition Coaching
Making the changes you need for now and the future
Developmental stages are not just from infancy through to adolescence. There are actually 8 stages of human development, as identified by the psychologist Erik Erikson, that take place across the span of a human life. Stage 7 focuses on middle adulthood and our need for a sense of purpose in life.

This can be a confusing and difficult time for many women. We have left the first half of our life behind and we are moving into the second half, which is a profound transition.

You want to make this part of your life count, but you may feel you have lost your way a little? You may be struggling with career burnout, negotiating a relationship breakdown, perhaps your children have left home and no longer need you as much, or maybe you are struggling to support ageing parents, or have lost a parent. You may wonder what your purpose in life is and struggle with a loss of identity and validation.

As a MidLife Transition Coach I will work with you in a supportive, collaborative partnership to identify what changes you would like to make, and how you are going to make them. We will identify your values and how they align with your life, identity and celebrate your strengths and identify and reframe self-limiting beliefs. We will look at what’s stopping you from being where you want to be and how to overcome these obstacles. We will work together to build a structured, realistic and achievable plan to achieve your goals. During our sessions together I will ask thought provoking questions to challenge you and to bring about deep reflection. I will help you to move from a state of languishing to a state of flourishing, so that you can live the life of consequence and joy that you deserve.
