Life coaching is client-led, so you will be setting the agenda for your sessions. However, all my coaching sessions are structured to give you continuity and focus to give you the results that you want. Whatever you bring to your sessions, the outcome will be clarity and a greater awareness of who you are, what you want and how you are going to get it.
Discovery
A 2 hour intensive session to work on a specific issue or as an exercise to gain clarity on what is perhaps not working in your life at the moment and what you need to change to get you where you need to be.

Discovery Plus
A package of three or four 1 hour sessions to continue the work started in the initial Discovery session.
Discovery Plus bridges the gap between Discovery and the Personal Development & Transformation package and is only available if you have taken the 2 hour Discovery session

Personal Development & Transformation
A package of six 1 hour sessions which will provide you with the time and space to truly reflect on your life and what is important to you in order to facilitate the changes you want to make to allow you to flourish

Delve deeper into your current life situation

Identify and clarify what you want to achieve, and set long medium and short-term goals to get you there
​

Identify where you are currently in relation to your goals and what needs to change​

Learn strategies that will help you overcome or move on from the issues that are holding you back

*Sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly, depending on your preference, but the 6 sessions must be taken within a 3 month period to sustain focus and continuity. Follow up sessions are available at a cost of £60 per hour if you need further support or just want to check in from time to time to keep on track.
