
Personal Development & Transformation
During the course of these six hourly sessions, we will review your current life situation and identify any areas you want to address. If this isn’t immediately clear to you (and it’s not for a lot of people) we will work together to identify where your life lacks balance. We will examine what’s important to you in order to lead a fulfilling life and whether these needs are currently being met. We’ll look at your strengths and achievements; what you’re good at and how you can build on these. We’ll explore what’s stopping you from being who (and where) you want to be and how you can overcome these blockers.
I’ll encourage you to reflect deeply, challenge your pre-conceptions and provide you with strategies to overcome self-limiting thoughts and behaviours such as lack of confidence, procrastination and imposter syndrome. We will explore a mindful approach to your wellbeing, and I will help you commit to positive and lasting change. Together we will build a realistic and achievable action plan to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
